No. 01 · The practice
Every system we build begins with how your business actually works: the counter, the kitchen, the van, the customer who would rather send a voice note than fill in a form. Then we build only what earns its place.
A site and a real app in your own look, where customers browse, order ahead and follow their order live, with a staff console and a live order board for every branch. Customers install the app on Android or iPhone straight from your site, and we can also supply it as an Android APK.
An assistant on the number your customers already use. It reads untidy messages, quotes live prices from your catalogue, asks with picture buttons instead of words, and hands over a ready-made cart.
The machinery behind the counter: queue and ticket systems, inventory with reorder levels, back offices, driver apps and safety check-in for school buses. Built in phases, so each one earns its keep first.
We build ventures as well as client work. Runner, our campus delivery platform, began at UWI Mona with student, runner, store and admin apps, watched by a live control room.

No. 02 · Selected work
From a campus of fifteen thousand students to a wholesale counter in the morning rush. Here is some of what we have designed, built and kept running.
Students order from campus outlets; another student, already on campus, walks it to a named drop-off point while the buyer follows it live. Fees are set by real walking distance, paid with Runner coins that cannot be spent twice.
Wholesale customers order in their own words, with abbreviations and misspellings, often forty items in one message. The assistant reads every line, checks each price and stock level live against the store, and asks questions with photos and buttons, so nobody has to read a long menu.
A catalogue customers order from, live delivery tracking, a back office for the manager, front desk and inventory, and a driver app. Plus Floyd's Decor, a showroom where clients compare finishes with a before-and-after slider and use a wall planner that counts the sheets and trims and prices the job.
A smoothie bar and grill with two branches. Customers order ahead from either one and track it live; staff work from a live order board for each branch and edit the menu, opening hours and settings themselves. Every page includes a guided walkthrough.
Walk-ins and online orders in one queue. A tablet at the door prints a barcoded ticket, a screen shows who is being served between the store's own videos, and Express and Standard lanes each keep their own numbers. One scanner at the counter logs them all.
Records the moment a child boards or leaves the bus and tells the parent by SMS. Three ways to do it, to suit the budget: the driver taps the child's name, the child taps an NFC card or wristband, or a fingerprint terminal.
Customers browse packages and gear, build a kit, pick their dates and send a ready-made booking request on WhatsApp. It is also a working app that customers install on Android or iPhone.
A hall office's assets, supplies and files in one place: tagged items with printable QR labels and loan history, supplies with reorder levels, files tracked past their retention date, and a dashboard showing what is overdue or running low.
For the Fraternity of Roosters: a Jamaican menu with dish options, a bag, delivery zones and promo codes, live order tracking, and admin and driver views.
